摘 要:对豆渣中功能性低聚糖进行了提取研究。采用单因素实验和响应面优化法相结合对提取条件进行了优化,根据单因素实验的结果对响应面优化实验进行了设计,共计17组实验,根据其结果建立提取过程的数学模型,得出在提取时间为2.8 h,提取温度为61℃,φ(乙醇)=72%的条件下,功能性低聚糖的平均提取率为3.570%。The extraction technology of functional oligosaccharides from soybean residue was studied in this paper.The single factor method and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extraction conditions.Based on the results of the single factor method,17 experiments were designed by response surface methodology.The mathematical model of the extraction process was established based on the results of the 17 experiments.The results showed that the optimum functional oligosaccharides extraction conditions were as follows:extraction time 2.8 h,extraction temperature 61℃,φ(ethanol)72%.Under the optimized condition,the average functional oligosaccharides extraction rate was 3.570%.
