摘　　要：利用同余及Legendre符号的性质等初等方法,证明了q=nПi=1qi,qi=±3(mod8)(i=1,2,…,n)为互异的奇素数时,椭圆曲线y^(2)=3qx(x^(2)-2)至多有2个正整数点。It was proved that the elliptic curve in title at most have two positive integer point with the help of the properties of congruence and Legendre symbol.
