摘 要:教师核心素养已经成为世界各国教师教育变革与教师专业标准制定的重点,国际教育的变革急需教师核心素养,素养导向的课程对接教师核心素养,人工智能的发展依赖教师核心素养。新时教师核心素养包括知识素养、情感素养、教研素养与信息素养等,其提升路径包括加强教师教育与职业培训、注重教师角色转变、建构教师监测与评价体系、关注教师持续发展,完善教师激励与保障机制、促进教师的内驱力等。Key competences has become the focus of the education reform and professional standards of teachers all over the world.The reform of international education is in urgent need of teachers’key competences.Quality-oriented curriculum connects teachers’key competences.And the development of artificial intelligence relies on the key competences of teachers.The key competences of teachers in the new era include knowledge literacy,emotional literacy,teaching and research literacy and information literacy.Their improvement paths include strengthening teacher education and vocational training,paying attention to the transformation of teachers’roles,constructing teachers’monitoring and evaluation system,paying attention to teachers’sustainable development,improving teachers’incentive and guarantee mechanism,and promoting teachers’internal drive.
