高教强省背景下建设特色地方应用型本科高校的路径

摘　　要：建设“高教强省”是湖北省从高等教育大省向高等教育强省迈进的重大战略目标,也是提升湖北省高等教育影响力的必然选择。“高教强省”目标的实现,对地方应用型本科高校的发展起着推动和促进作用。要深刻理解地方应用型本科高校面临的形势,深刻把握需要遵循的实施原则。结合目前地方应用型本科高校发展中面临的困境,提出了建设省属特色地方应用型本科高校的实施路径。Building a strong province of higher education is a major strategic goal for Hubei province to move from a large province of higher education to a strong province of higher education,and it is also an inevitable choice to enhance the influence of higher education in Hubei province.The realization of the goal of“strong province of higher education”plays a role in promoting and facilitating the development of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.There is need to deeply understand the situation faced by local applied undergraduate colleges and universities,deeply grasp the need to follow the implementation principles.In view of the current dilemmas faced by local applied undergraduate colleges and universities in their development,this paper proposes the implementation path of building characteristic local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
