摘  要:斗米虫具有较好的药用价值和营养价值。本文研究测定了斗米虫的氨基酸、脂肪酸、矿物质和微量元素以及蛋白质等多种营养成分,对斗米虫与其它天牛种类的营养成分进行比较,并对斗米虫营养成分作出分析及评价。结果表明:斗米虫共有12种脂肪酸,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量较高,且油酸(C_(18:1))含量最高,达62.24%;斗米虫共含有16种氨基酸,氨基酸总量为308.51 g·kg^(-1),其中含有6种人体必需氨基酸,总量为108.05 g·kg^(-1);斗米虫的矿质元素Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg含量较高,其中Fe和Mg的含量最高,分别达98.14 mg·kg^(-1)、3814.00 mg·kg^(-1);是一种优秀的不饱和脂肪酸、氨基酸和微量元素补充剂,极具开发价值。The larva of Apriona swainsoni has good medicinal and nutritional value.In this paper,amino acids,fatty acids,minerals,trace elements and proteins of dipper were studied and determined.the nutritional components of dipper were compared with other longicorn beetles,and evaluate the nutritional components of dipper.The results showed that there were 12 kinds of fatty acids in dipper,of which the content of unsaturated fatty acids was higher,and the content of oleic acid(C_(18:1))was the highest,up to 62.24%;There are 16 kinds of amino acids in total,the total amount of amino acids is 308.51 g·kg^(-1),including 6 kinds of essential amino acids,the total amount is 108.05 g·kg_(-1);The contents of mineral elements Cu,Fe,Zn,Mn,Ca and Mg in dipper are higher,and the contents of Fe and Mg are the highest,up to 98.14 mg·kg^(-1)and 3814.00 mg·kg^(-1)respectively;It is an excellent supplement of unsaturated fatty acids,amino acids and trace elements,which is of great development value.
