摘  要:将双水相萃取作为综合设计性实验引入物理化学实验教学中,进行了以“PEG/(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)双水相萃取栀子黄色素”为例的新创实验的教学设计和教学安排。通过实验绘制相图,结合相图进行栀子黄色素萃取条件的优化,增大实验的挑战度和创新性。在学生巩固理论知识、锻炼操作技能的前提下,拓展实验的深度和广度,锻炼学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,训练学生的科研思维及数据处理分析能力。Aqueous two-phase extraction was introduced into the teaching of physical chemistry experiment as a comprehensive design experiment. It was carried out that the teaching design and teaching arrangement of the new experiment taking “PEG/(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)aqueous two-phase extraction of Gardenia yellow pigment” as an example. Firstly, the phase diagram was drawn. Secondly, the extraction conditions was optimized by the phase diagram. The students not only consolidate the theoretical knowledge, exercise their operating skills, but aslo train their ability to analyze and solve the problems, train their scientific research thinking and data processing, analysize ability by expanding the depth and breadth of experiments.
