摘　　要：应用型高校教师教学能力的水平,直接关系到学校应用型创新人才的培养。本文指出高校教师在课堂教学能力、运用现代教育技术的能力、实践教学能力和创新教育能力四个方面存在的问题。从教师、教学系(部)、学院(校)三个层面分析提出教学经验共享、教学知识与教学创新、重视学习成果和教学实践三个方面教师教学能力提升的路径。The level of teaching ability of application-oriented college teachers is directly related to the cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents.This paper presents the problems of college teachers in classroom teaching ability,the ability of using modern educational technology,practice teaching ability and innovate education ability.From the three levels of teachers,teaching departments and colleges,the article analyzes the ways of teaching experience sharing,teaching knowledge and teaching innovation,emphasis on learning results and teaching practice to improve teachers'teaching ability.
