摘　　要：新时代对思想政治理论课教师提出新要求。文章通过运用NVivo 12编码工具对党的十八大以来的思想政治教育政策文本进行词频分析和主题编码,勾勒出新时代思政课教师的“标准画像”。作为有信仰、人格正、学术强的“大先生”,新时代思政课教师以育人“筑梦”为己任,秉持以人为本、知行合一理念,以需求为导向,多形式开展教学。但现实中还存在自我认知模糊、管理工作不到位等问题。为推动思想政治教育高效发展,要强化对思政课教师队伍建设的统筹管理,加强对教师的培训和督导,建立完善的考核评价体系,夯实教师队伍建设保障,做到组织有保障、管理有层次、队伍有活力。The new era puts forward new requirements for ideological and political theory teachers.Using NVivo 12 coding tool to analyze the word frequency and encode the theme of ideological and political education policy texts since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the“standard portrait”of ideological and political teachers in the new era was outlined.As“big Mr.”with faith,integrity and strong academic ability,ideological and political teachers in the new era take educating people and building dreams as their own responsibility,uphold the people-oriented,integration of knowledge and action concept,and carry out teaching in various forms based on demand.But in reality,there are still some problems such as fuzzy self-cognition and inadequate management.In order to promote the efficient development of ideological and political education,it is necessary to strengthen the overall management of the construction of ideological and political class teachers,strengthen the training and supervision of teachers,establish a perfect evaluation system,consolidate the guarantee of the construction of teachers,and ensure the secure organization,hierarchical management,and energetic team.
