摘　　要：康复治疗是一门实践性很强的学科,要求学生不仅需要具有扎实的理论知识和熟练、规范的操作技能,还应该具备一定的临床综合分析和解决实际问题的能力以及良好的职业道德、人文素养等综合素质。而康复治疗实习是康复治疗教育的重要组成部分,是学生把理论知识与临床实践相结合,由在校生向一名合格的康复治疗师过渡的重要时期。为使康复治疗专业的学生在实习阶段接受更加规范化、系统化的康复治疗教育,笔者所在医院根据该专业学生的特点,围绕岗位胜任力培养,探索并初步形成了一套实习教学管理模式,取得了良好的效果。Rehabilitation therapy is a highly practical subject,which requires students not only to have solid theoretical knowledge and skilled and standardized operation skills,but also to have a certain ability of clinical comprehensive analysis and solving practical problems,as well as good professional ethics,humanistic quality and other comprehensive qualities.Rehabilitation therapy practice is an important part of rehabilitation therapy education.It is an important period for students to combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice and transition from students to a qualified rehabilitation therapist.In order to enable students majoring in rehabilitation therapy to receive more standardized and systematic rehabilitation therapy education in the internship stage,the author's Hospital explored and initially formed a set of internship teaching management mode according to the characteristics of students majoring in this specialty and focusing on post competency training,and achieved good results.
