摘 要:目的探讨基于建构主义学习理论的教学方法在护理程序中的教学效果,为提高学生应用护理程序的能力提供有效途径。方法采用便利取样法,选取我院2020级护理专业2个对口高职班为研究对象,随机确定1班为对照组,2班为试验组。对照组采用传统的课堂讲授法;试验组采用情境学习模式中的抛锚式教学法,观察两组的实习生整体护理观与护理程序应用能力和理论知识的学习目标达成情况。结果试验组的实习生整体护理观与护理程序应用能力和理论知识测验成绩高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于建构主义学习理论的教学方法能提高对口高职学生的护理程序应用能力,能达成理论知识的学习目标,值得在护理教学中加以应用。Objective To explore the teaching effect of teaching method based on constructivism in nursing procecess,and to provide an effective way to improve students'ability to apply nursing procedure.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,two counterpart higher vocational classes of 2020 nursing specialty in our college were selected as the research object.Class 1 was randomly selected as the control group and class 2 as the experimental group.The control group used the traditional lecture;The experimental group used the anchored teaching method in the situational learning model to observe the students'overall nursing concept,nursing program application ability and theoretical knowledge.Results The test scores of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method based on constructivism can improve the application ability of nursing proceess of counterpart higher vocational students,achieve the learning goal of theoretical knowledge,and is worthy of application in nursing teaching.
