摘　　要：实验室是高校人才培养、科学研究和社会服务的重要平台。为加强高校现有实验室资源整合,构建政、校、企联合的资源共享平台,创新实验室资源管理和使用模式,是激发实验室资源的内生潜力的重要途径。针对高校实验室资源开放共享工作开展存在的困难,借鉴共享经济模式,创新了实验室管理体制机制、制度办法、考核评价、人才队伍、信息化水平和资金保障等;实施了一系列实验室管理创新改革举措,建设虚拟仿真实验教学平台,大型仪器设备开放共享平台,实验室试剂采供与管理平台,生物医药研究管理中心等校内资源综合平台。实践表明,实验室资源协同融合及开放共享是提升实验室资源效益的有效途径。Laboratory is an important platform for university personnel training,scientific research and social service.In order to strengthen the integration of the existing laboratory resources in a university,construct the resource sharing platform of government,university and enterprise,and innovate the management and use mode of laboratory resources,it is an important way to stimulate the endogenous potential of laboratory resources.Aimed at the difficulty of open lab resources shared work in colleges,draw lessons from shared economic model,laboratory management system and mechanism innovation,system method,evaluation,personnel,information level and capital security,etc.,Northwest University conducted a series of laboratory management innovation reform measures,including the virtual simulation experiment teaching Platform,Instruments and Equipment Sharing Platform,Laboratory Reagent Management platform,biomedical research and management center and other comprehensive platforms.The practice shows that collaborative integration and open sharing of laboratory resources are effective ways to improve the efficiency of laboratory resources.
