摘　　要：“十四五”规划纲要提出,要强化国家战略科技力量,完善科技创新体制机制,激发人才创新活力,高等院校需承担起作为创新源头的重任。本文分析了清华大学科技成果转化的相关政策和实践案例,研究发现加大对于创新创业的支持力度有利于项目的推进实施,积极的分配政策能够有效激励科研人员的工作激情,成熟的科技成果转化路径能够有效提升高校的成果转化成功率。基于此,本文总结了有利于推进国内高校科技成果转化的新模式,旨在为国内高校提高科技成果转化效率提供借鉴。The outline of the“14th Five-Year Plan”proposes to enhance the national strategic scientific and technological strength,perfect the system and mechanism of scientific and technological innovation,and stimulate the innovation vitality of talents,and institutions of higher education should assume the important role as the source of innovation.This paper presents an analysis of the relevant policies and practical cases of the transformation of S&T achievements in Tsinghua University.The research finds that the increased support for innovation and entrepreneurship is conducive to the implementation of projects;Active distribution policies can effectively stimulate the passion of researchers,and the mature transformation path of S&T achievements can effectively boost the transformation rate in institutions of higher education.In view of this,a new mode that is conducive to promoting the transformation of S&T achievements is pointed out,aiming to provide reference for institutions of higher education to improve the transformation efficiency of S&T achievements.
