新时代“体教融合”融入幼儿园现实困境与推进策略

摘　　要：青少年幼儿是国家和民族的未来,促进青少年幼儿健康是实施健康中国和体育强国战略的重要举措。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等深入剖析了“体教融合”融入幼儿园的意义、现状及困境。研究表明:幼儿园实施“体教融合”存在体制机制不健全、多元主体支持不足、幼儿体育师资薄弱、课程设置及体育设施不完善等现实困境。建议:政府统筹并推进“体教融合”融入幼儿园协同发展,各部门共同推进幼儿体育公共服务;全社会范围普及“大体育”教育,提高群体对“体教融合”价值认知;发挥人才的积极作用,重点培育“体教融合”复合型人才;加强幼儿课程和体育运动设施建设,构建“体教融合”融入幼儿园的有利条件。Young children are the future of a country and a nation,and promoting young children's health is an important measure to implement the strategy of healthy China and sports power.The paper deeply analyzes the significance,current situation and dilemma of integrating physical education into kindergartens by using literature and logical analysis.The research shows that there are some practical difficulties in implementing"sports and education integration"in kindergartens,such as imperfect system and mechanism,insufficient multi-subject support,weak preschool PE teachers,imperfect curriculum and sports facilities.Suggestions:The government plans and promotes the integration of sports and education into the collaborative development of kindergartens,and all departments jointly promote public sports services for children;Popularizing"great physical education"in the whole society to improve the group's recognition of the value of"sports and education integration";Give full play to the positive role of talents,focus on cultivating"sports and education integration"compound talents;Strengthen the construction of preschool curriculum and sports facilities,and build favorable conditions for"physical education integration"into kindergartens.
