摘　　要：随着当今时代的快速发展,各行各业都取得了很大的进步。机械制造企业在管理过程中,对会计财务管理的水平要求也不断提升。根据机械制造企业的特点,重点分析了影响企业会计和财务管理水平的因素,并提出了相应的解决方法,通过保证会计信息精度、提升信息分析水平、提升员工工作素质、加速财务信息的传递、不断优化管理理念以及推行财务集中制管理等措施,进一步提升机械制造企业财务管理水平,促进企业的长远发展。With the rapid development of today's times,all industries have made great progress.In the management process of machinery manufacturing enterprises,the level of accounting and financial management requirements are also rising.According to the characteristics of machinery manufacturing enterprises,the factors affecting the level of accounting and financial management of enterprises are analyzed and corresponding solutions are proposed to further improve the level of financial management of machinery manufacturing enterprises and promote the long-term development of enterprises by ensuring the accuracy of accounting information,improving the level of information analysis,enhancing the quality of staff work,accelerating the transmission of financial information,continuously optimizing the management concept and implementing the centralized financial management.This will further improve the financial management of machinery manufacturing enterprises and promote their long-term development.
