摘  要:高原地区存在冻融和盐沼泽区,导致较大的普通混凝土桩基腐蚀损伤,降低桩基承载能力,危害桥梁结构安全。本文研究了各腐蚀因素导致的混凝土劣化机理,在此基础上针对高耐腐蚀桩基混凝土提出工作性评价指标,并通过试验研究胶材对混凝土强度的影响,同时研究水胶比和矿物掺合料对混凝土耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,不同胶凝材料组成混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能大小依次为:硅灰+粉煤灰双掺>单掺粉煤灰>粉煤灰+矿渣粉双掺>单掺矿渣粉>抗硫酸盐水泥>普硅水泥。在此研究基础上推荐高耐腐蚀桩基混凝土配制要点,最终用于高原地区铁路桥梁建设。There are freeze-thaw and salt marsh areas in plateau areas,which lead to large corrosion damage of ordinary concrete pile foundations to reduce the bearing capacity of pile foundations,and endanger the safety of bridge structures.This paper studies the degradation mechanism of concrete caused by different corrosion factors.On this basis,a work evaluation index is proposed to high corrosion resistant concrete of pile foundation,and a test is carried out to investigate the effect of the binder material to the strength of concrete.Meanwhile,the influence of water glue ratio and mineral admixture on the corrosion resistance of concrete is studied.The results show that the sulfate resistance of concrete with different cementitious materials is as follows:silica fume+fly ash>fly ash>fly ash+slag powder>slag powder>sulphate-resistant cement>traditional silica cement.Based on the research above,the key points of concrete preparation for high corrosion-resistant pile foundation are recommended,which will eventually be used in the construction of railway bridges in plateau areas.
