摘　　要：近年来,上肢康复机器人因具有高强度、可重复、任务导向性的优势和趣味性、患者依从性高等特点,被广泛应用于卒中后上肢功能障碍患者的康复。该文对上肢康复机器人的发展、康复作用和机制等研究进展进行综述。In recent years,upper limb rehabilitation robots have been widely applied to the rehabilitation treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke due to their high-strength,repeatable,task-oriented advantages,as well as fun and enhanced patient compliance.The authors reviewed the current research status of upper limb rehabilitation robots in terms of their development,rehabilitation role and mechanism,and combination with other treatments.
