智慧社区养教结合模式的几点思考

摘　　要：分析了构建智慧社区养教结合模式的必要性,指出智慧社区养教结合模式的发展瓶颈,如法规不健全、资金筹集难度大、教育与养老分离等,提出智慧社区养教结合模式构建的对策,如完善老年教育管理体制,分阶段分步骤组织实施,健全养教结合的法规,线上线下课程相结合,完善教育经费投入机制,确保老年教育资金充足,加强师资队伍建设,促进老年教育可持续发展。智慧社区内采用养教结合模式进行养老育老是老年教育发展的必然趋势。This paper analyzes the necessity of constructing the combination model of aged care and education in smart communities,and points out its development bottleneck,such as the insufficient laws and regulations,difficulty in fund-raising,and the separation of education and aged care,etc.Furthermore,the author puts forward some countermeasures,such as refining the old-age education management system,organizing and implementing a phased construction model,improving relevant laws and regulations,integrating online and offline courses,refining the mechanism of educational fund investment,ensuring adequate funding for elderly education,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and promoting a sustainable development of elderly education.It is an inevitable trend to adopt the mode of combining education with care in smart communities in the development of old-age education.
