摘　　要：目的:探讨标准化病人在跌倒防护情景模拟教学中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年9月—2021年1月进行传统教学模式培训的589名护理人员为对照组护理人员,此阶段护理的70例患者为对照组患者;选择2021年2月—2021年6月进行标准化病人情景模拟教学的589名护理人员(同一批)为观察组护理人员,此阶段护理的70例患者为观察组患者。比较两种教学模式对589名护理人员的培训效果及经两种教学模式培训后患者的跌倒发生情况。结果:培训后,观察组护理人员的跌倒防护意识评分、跌倒防护知识考核合格率、跌倒风险评估正确率、防护措施落实正确率均高于对照组护理人员,观察组患者跌倒发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。跌倒后,观察组跌倒伤害高等级人数占比低于对照组患者。结论:将标准化病人应用到跌倒防护情景模拟教学中,能提升护理人员的防护意识和防护技能,降低院内跌倒事故发生率。Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized patients in fall protection scenario simulation teaching.Methods:All 589 nurses who were trained in the traditional teaching mode from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group nurses,and 70 patients in this stage of nursing were the control group patients.The 589 nurses(same batch)who performed standardized patient scenario simulation teaching from February 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the observation group nurses,and the 70 patients nursing at this stage were the observation group patients.Results:After training,the scores of fall protection awareness,fall protection knowledge assessment pass rate,fall risk assessment correct rate,and correct rate of protective measures implementation of the nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of falls was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After falling,the proportion of patients with fall injury grades 1 and 2 in the observation group was slightly larger than that in the control group,and the proportion of patients with fall injury grades 3 and 4 was slightly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion:The application of standardized patients to fall protection scenario simulation teaching can improve nurses'protection awareness and protection skills,and is of great significance to reduce the incidence of falls in the hospital and reduce the damage of falls to patients.
