摘　　要：研究生创新能力的培养与提升是高等院校人才培养的重中之重。针对矿业工程硕士研究生创新能力的培养,提出从培养方案顶层设计、课程教学设计与实践、实验与创新创业实践三方面综合开展的具体措施。通过一系列创新创业活动的设计与实施,矿业工程硕士研究生的创新思维和能力将获得极大提升。The cultivation and improvement of postgraduates’ innovation ability is the most important part of talent cultivation in colleges and universities.In view of the cultivation of the innovation ability of the graduate students in mining engineering,the paper puts forward the concrete measures from three aspects:the top-level design of the cultivation program,the teaching design and practice of the curriculum,and the experiment and innovation and entrepreneurship practice.Through the design and implementation of a series of innovative and entrepreneurial activities,the innovative thinking and ability of graduate students in mining engineering will be greatly improved.
