大中小学公民意识教育一体化构建研究

摘　　要：公民意识教育的根本任务是培养具有主体意识、民主意识、法治意识、权利与义务意识、公德意识及社会责任意识的现代化公民。为增强公民意识教育的实效性,应从建立递进式目标体系、完善衔接性内容体系、实施多元化教育模式及探索多维度考核体系等四个方面实现大中小学教育一体化构建,并从顶层设计、师资队伍及社会实践三个角度提供有力保障。The fundamental task of civic awareness education is to cultivate modern citizens with subject awareness,democracy awareness,rule of law awareness,rights and obligations awareness,public morality awareness and social responsibility awareness.In order to enhance the effectiveness of civic awareness education,we should establish a progressive target system,improve the cohesive content system,implement a diversified education model and explore a multi-dimensional assessment system to achieve the integration of education in primary and secondary schools,and provide a strong guarantee from the perspective of top-level design,teaching staff and social practice.
