摘  要:在信号控制交叉口出现超饱和运行状态时,大多数地方是由现场执勤民警手动控制信号放行,无法控制周期时长,这种无规律手动控制周期和超长的控制周期时长,很容易出现疏点堵面的情况。本文通过分析饱和交通条件下信号交叉口不同场景的基本运行特征,提出了一种确定最佳相位时长的经验方法,为现场执勤民警手动信号控制时提供参考依据,也可为非手动信号交叉口精细化配时提供基础信控方案。Over-saturated signalized intersection may require on-site manual control where the police officer on duty would have to manually hold and force off the signal.This could lead to irregular and often ultra-long cycle lengths that may not be optimal from a system perspective,while at worst it may cause spill-back and lock-up for adjacent intersections.By analyzing the basic operating characteristics of different scenarios of signalized intersections in saturated traffic conditions,an empirical method is proposed for determining optimal phase durations,which provides a guideline for one-site manual signal control.The method can also be used to fine-tune of everyday signal timing plans that are executed by the signal controller.
