摘　　要：以执行海外EPC甘蔗糖厂项目为契机,通过对移动床渗出器的建设和运行数据统计,特别指出了安装、润滑、甘蔗质量及破碎度等要素对渗出器安全运行的影响及产生的后果;同时通过与压榨法对比,指出渗出器具有抽出率高、节电、运行及维护成本低、初期投资具有比较优势等优点,仍将是除亚洲外世界范围大型甘蔗糖厂提汁过程的优选设备。Taking advantage of the opportunity of the overseas EPC sugar factory project,and through the construction and operation data statistics of moving bed diffuser,this article specially points out the influences and consequences of installation,lubrication,sugarcane quality and shredding rate etc.factors on the safe running of the diffuser.At the same time,by comparing with the milling method,it identifies that the diffuser has the advantages in high extraction rate,power saving,low operation and maintenance cost and comparative advantage in initial investment.It will still be the preferred equipment for the juice extraction process for large-scale cane sugar factories all over the world except for Asia.
