摘 要:为了有效平抑风光联合发电系统的功率波动问题,提出了一种基于模糊控制的多类型储能平抑风光联合发电系统控制策略。基于风光功率波动变化态势、能量型储能与功率型储能荷电状态作为模糊控制器的输入,调节功率型储能与能量型储能系统出力,并充分考虑储能电池的一致性,有效保障储能电池的循环使用寿命。最后通过算例验证,基于模糊控制的多类型储能系统可有效平抑风光联合发电系统功率波动性,并可充分发挥混合电池储能系统的各自优势,减少能量型储能使用频次,实现价值最大化。In order to effectively suppress the power fluctuation of the wind-solar combined power generation system, a control strategy for the wind-solar combined power generation system with multi-type energy storage based on fuzzy control was proposed.The output of power storage system and energy storage system is adjusted based on the wind-solar power fluctuation trend, the state of energy storage system on charge and the state of power storage system on charge as the input of fuzzy controller, and the consistency of energy storage battery is fully considered to effectively guarantee the cycle life of energy storage battery. Finally, an example is given to verify, the result shows that the multi-type energy storage system based on fuzzy control can effectively suppress the power fluctuation of the wind-wind combined power generation system, give full play to the respective advantages of the hybrid battery energy storage system, prolong the service life and maximize the value.
