摘 要:校企双元主体理念向职业教育活动提出了新的要求:在改变学校的主体位置的同时,要求学校、企业在联动的同时发挥出育人作用。相较于传统的育人机制,校企双元主体以先进理念为引领、以帮助学生适应企业岗位职业能力为主要要求,借此来实现理论教学与实践操作的有机统一,响应全面育人的教育要求。本文分析了校企双元主体的教育功能,简要论述了其在机电一体化专业人才培养中的应用策略,希望为教师提供一些参考经验。The dual main body concept of school and enterprise puts forward new requirements for vocational education activities.While changing the main position of schools,schools and enterprises are required to play a role in educating people while interacting.Compared with the traditional education mechanism,the school-enterprise dual main body is guided by advanced concepts,and the main requirement is to help students adapt to the professional ability of the enterprise position,so as to realize the organic unity of theoretical teaching and practical operation,and respond to the comprehensive education of people.educational requirements.This paper analyzes the educational function of the school-enterprise dual main body,briefly discusses its application strategy in the training of mechatronics professionals,and hopes to provide some reference experience for teachers.
