摘  要:目的 研究血液净化中心护士这一群体的工作-家庭冲突现状及影响因素。方法 2021年1—3月,采用一般资料量表、情绪智力量表(emotional intelligence scale,EIS)、工作-家庭冲突量表(work-family conflict scale,WFCS),以整群抽样法对北京市7家三级甲等医院219名血液净化中心护士进行问卷调查,并对结果进行Pearson相关性分析及多元线性回归分析。结果 血液净化中心护士情绪智力各维度平均得分为(3.55±0.56)分,工作-家庭冲突得分为(53.14±11.56)分,两者之间呈负相关(r=-0.578~-0.143,均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、护龄、婚姻及情绪智力水平是工作-家庭冲突的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论 医院领导层应加强对血液净化中心护士的重视,优化年龄构成比,通过培训、考核等手段提高护士的情绪智力水平,减少其工作-家庭冲突的产生,进而提升护理质量。Objective To study the status quo of work-family conflict among nurses in blood purification center and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From January to March 2021,219 nurses of the blood purification center working in seven grade-A tertiary hospitals in Beijing were collected by the cluster sampling method for the questionnaire survey,which included the general information scale,emotional intelligence scale(EIS) and work-family conflict scale(WFCS). Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed on the results. Results The average score of dimensions of emotional intelligence among nurses of blood purification center was(3.55±0.56)points,the score of work-family conflict was(53.14±11.56)points,and there was a negative correlation between them(r=-0.578--0.143,all P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,nursing age,marriage status and emotional intelligence level were the influencing factors of work-family conflict(all P<0.05). Conclusion The hospital leadership should pay more attention to the nurses in blood purification center,optimize the age composition ratio,improve the emotional intelligence level of nurses through training,assessment and other means,reduce their work-family conflict,and improve the quality of nursing.
