摘 要:为探索产品形态推演设计中继承与创新的新路径,将拓扑几何概念引入产品形态设计中。对目标产品原型进行特征层次分析并根据拓扑权值识别其形态特征要素;利用拓扑性质对主要特征进行约束,运用形状文法规则进行次要特征的推理演变,从而生成了产品形态创新设计方案;通过模糊综合评价法对初选方案进行综合评估并细化设计。以智能出液器为例,验证了该方法在产品形态推演设计中的有效性和可行性,既满足产品统一风格的继承,又能促进“同中求异”的创新,具有一定的应用价值。In order to explore a new path of inheritance and innovation in product form deduction design,topological geometry is introduced into product form design.The target product prototype has been analyzed by feature hierarchy and its morphological features are identified according to topological weights.Topological properties are used to constrain the main features,and shape grammar rules are used to deduce the evolution of secondary features and to generate the innovative design scheme of product form.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate and refine the design.The effectiveness and feasibility of this method in product form deductive design are verified by taking smart soap dispenser as an example.It can not only meet the inheritance of uniform product style,but also promote the innovation of"seeking difference from common",which has certain application value.
