典型国家艺术设计产业核心能力比较研究  

Comparative Study on Core Competence of Typical National Art and Design Industries

摘　　要：以艺术设计这一具有特殊属性的产业为研究对象,梳理出艺术设计产业独特属性、行业分类、核心能力形成规律。以国际竞争力、全球创新力、国际创新设计排名等评价体系为参考,构建艺术设计产业核心能力评价体系与指标。导入中、美、英、日、韩五国典型先发国家产业数据面板进行比较分析,识别其产业核心能力构成要素、特色优势、综合竞争力等内在规律,揭示其产业核心竞争优势。最后基于比对结果,研判我国艺术设计产业发展优势与不足,为我国艺术设计产业化发展提供政策建议。The paper takes the art design industry with special attributes as the research object to sort out the art design industry unique attributes,industry classification,and core competence formation law.Based on the evaluation system of international competitiveness,global innovation and international innovation design ranking,the evaluation system and index of core competence of art design industry are constructed.Five typical firstmover countries including China,the United States,the United Kingdom,Japan and South Korea provide industry data panel for comparative analysis.The core elements of their industrial competence,characteristic advantages,comprehensive competitiveness and other inherent laws are identified to reveal the core competitive advantage of their industries.Finally,based on the comparison results,the advantages and disadvantages of the development of China’s art design industry are judged,and policy recommendations are provided for the development of China’s art design industrialization.
