摘  要:临床医学“5+3”一体化是目前医学人才培养的主流模式,文章对临床医学“5+3”一体化模式的内涵及要求进行了阐释,深入分析临床医学“5+3”一体化模式背景下医学生职业素养的现状及特点,文章认为社会环境、学校教育、家庭经济等因素是影响临床医学“5+3”一体化医学生职业素养的原因,在此基础上提出参考性对策及建议,帮助临床医学“5+3”一体化医学生建立符合社会需要和时代进步的全新职业素养,也为深化医学院校职业素养教育课程改革,完善和建立起适合当今时代发展要求的职业指导理论和实践体系提供一些依据。The“5+3”integration of clinical medicine is the mainstream mode of medical personnel training at present.This paper explains the connotation and requirements of the“5+3”integration mode of clinical medicine,and deeply analyzes the current situation and characteristics of medical students’professional quality under the background of the“5+3”integration mode of clinical medicine.This paper believes that social environment,school education,family economy and other factors are the factors that affect the professional quality of clinical medicine Based on the analysis of the causes of learning“5+3”integrated medical students’professional quality,this paper puts forward some reference countermeasures and suggestions to help the“5+3”integrated medical students to establish a new professional quality in line with social needs and the progress of the times,and to deepen the curriculum reform of professional quality education in medical colleges,improve and establish the professional guidance theory and practice body suitable for the development of the times.This paper provides some basis.
