摘 要:为了提高临床教学质量,提升教师思政育人教学能力,培养高素质临床医学人才,作为教学医院应积极发挥教研室的基层教学管理功能,推动教研室加强教研活动的组织与实施。同时,医院应统筹规划教师教学能力培养,可通过开展教学专题师资培训、教师能力竞赛、示范课观摩等多种方式来促进教学交流,调动教师教学研究积极性,提高教学改革、课程改革成效。In order to improve the quality of clinical teaching,enhance the teaching ability of teachers in ideological and political education,and cultivate high-quality clinical medical talents,as a teaching hospital,we should actively play the basic teaching management function of the teaching and research section,and promote the organization and implementation of teaching and research activities.At the same time,the hospital should plan the cultivation of teachers’teaching ability as a whole.It can promote the teaching exchange,mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers’teaching research,and improve the effectiveness of teaching reform and curriculum reform by carrying out teaching topic teacher training,teacher ability competition and demonstration class observation.
