中美卫生事业管理专业本科课程设置的比较研究--以华盛顿大学为例

摘　　要：目的对比中美卫生事业管理本科课程设置的区别,为完善我国本科卫生事业管理专业的教育提供有益的参考。方法以美国华盛顿大学和我国开设了全日制本科卫生事业管理专业的院校为例,通过文献比较、网站浏览等方式获得各高校本科课程设置的资料。结果中美卫生事业管理专业的培养目标相同,课程体系的构成相似,主要差别体现在华盛顿大学的核心课程为整合课,选修课涵盖内容广泛、数量较多,选修课的学分所占比重大,开设了顶石课,课程设置突出实践能力的培养。结论美国卫生事业管理专业课程设置具有值得我国借鉴参考之处,但应用时要结合学校自身的办学定位以及国情构建有特色的课程体系。Objective By comparing the differences in the undergraduate curriculum of health management between China and the United States,this paper provides a useful reference for improving the education of health management in China.Methods Taking the University of Washington in the United States and the universities in China that offer full-time undergraduate health management as examples,the information of the undergraduate curriculum of each university were obtained by means of literature comparison and website browsing.Results The major of health management in China and the United States have the same training objectives and similar composition of curriculum systems.The main curriculum differences between China and the United States are reflected in the fact that the core courses are integrated courses in University of Washington,and the elective courses cover a wide range of contents and a large number of credits,and the capstone course is set up,which emphasizes the cultivation of practical ability.Conclusion The curriculum of health management in the United States is worthy of our reference,but the application should be combined with the school’s own positioning and national conditions to build a characteristic curriculum system.
