摘 要:生物化学作为生命科学的一门学科,是医学类院校多个专业学生的必修基础课程之一。传统教学模式不仅枯燥无味、形式单调,而且已无法满足现阶段人才培养的战略要求。因此,亟需完善和综合利用多元化教学改革来丰富生物化学的教学手段,以期顺应新时代需求,激发高等中医药院校医学相关专业学生对生物化学的求知欲,提高其学习该课程的积极性与主动性,为后续临床及其他基础课程的学习积累良好知识储备,同时也为培养学生科学素养奠定坚实基础。作者以高等中医药院校中西医临床医学为例,从课程思政、教学案例库、“互联网+”教育手段、形成性评价体系等几方面初步探讨了如何有效进行生物化学多元化教学改革。As a discipline of life science,biochemistry is one of the compulsory basic courses for students of several majors in medical colleges and universities.The traditional teaching mode is not only boring and monotonous,but also no longer meets the strategic requirements of talent training at this stage.Therefore,there is an urgent need to improve and make comprehensive use of diversified teaching reforms to enrich the teaching Methods of biochemistry,in order to meet the needs of the new era,stimulate the medical-related students of colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine to be more curious about biochemistry,increase their enthusiasm and initiative in learning the course,accumulate good knowledge reserves for their subsequent clinical and other basic courses,and lay a solid foundation for cultivating students’scientific literacy.The author takes the traditional Chinese and Western clinical medicine major in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine as an example,and initially discusses how to effectively carry out the diversified teaching reforms of biochemistry from several aspects,such as curriculum thought and politics,teaching case library,“Internet+”educational tools and formative evaluation system.
