文化差异背景下高职院校汉藏混合班“1+X”证书制度推广存在问题及对策研究

摘　　要：汉藏文化差异的存在影响着高职院校汉藏混合班课堂教学质量,一定程度上决定着“1+X”证书制度能否顺利实施。在汉藏混合班课堂教学中,任课教师要正视汉藏文化差异的存在,课堂教学中通过更新教学理念、转变教学模式,改革教学方法、促进自主学习,整合教学资源、优化教学内容,完善评价体系、强化质量监控等方式调动西藏生课堂学习兴趣,从而促进“1+X”证书制度在高职院校的顺利实施,提高内地西藏生人才培养的素质和水平。The Sino-Tibetan cultural differences affect the teaching quality of Sino-Tibetan classes,and partly determine whether the"1+X"certificate system can be executed smoothly in higher vocational colleges.In the classroom teaching of Sino-Tibetan classes,teachers should face up to the Sino-Tibetan cultural differences,and try to renew teaching concept while changing teaching mode,reform teaching methods while promoting autonomous learning,integrate teaching resources while optimizing teaching content,improve evaluation system while strengthening quality control in order to mobilize Tibetan students' interest in classroom learning,promote the smooth implementation of"1+X"certificate system in higher vocational colleges,and improve the quality and level of Tibetan students' training.
