摘 要:目的观察进阶仿真教学法对急诊科新入职护士急救技能提升的影响效果。方法选择2019~2020年我院急诊科新入职护理人员为研究样本,2019年新入职者设为对照组,2020年新入职者设为试验组。对照组按传统教学方式进行急救技能培训,试验组按进阶仿真教学法进行急救技能培训。干预3周后,比较两组急救技能水平及对培训模式的认可度。结果试验组急诊科新入职护士培训后各项急救技能考核评分明显高于对照组(t分别=8.14、6.66、6.06、8.08、2.57、8.67、8.99、8.64、7.63、8.72,P均<0.05),对培训模式认可度评分亦明显高于对照组(t分别=7.14、7.05、11.88、8.85、8.08,P均<0.05)。结论进阶仿真教学法应用于急诊科新入职护理人员培训可明显提升该类护理人员的急救技能水平。Objective To observe the effect of advanced simulation teaching method on the improvement of first aid skills of new nurses in emergency department.Methods The new nurses in the emergency department of our hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected as the research samples.The new recruits in 2019 were set as the control group and the new recruits in 2020 were set as the experimental group.The control group received first-aid skill training according to the traditional teaching method,and the experimental group received first-aid skill training according to the advanced simulation teaching method.The first-aid skill level and recognition of the training mode of the two groups after three weeks of intervention were compared.Results The scores of first aid skill assessment and training mode recognition of new nurses in the emergency department in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t=8.14,6.66,6.06,8.08,2.57,8.67,8.99,8.64,7.63,8.72,7.14,7.05,11.88,8.85,8.08,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of advanced simulation teaching method to the training of new nurses in emergency department can signif-icantly improve the first-aid skills of this kind of nurses.
