摘 要:该试验旨在研究饲喂中药黄芪(Astragalus)和当归(Angelica)配伍对泌乳牦牛血清生化、抗氧化和免疫指标以及乳品质的影响。选取体重、年龄、产犊时间基本一致的泌乳期健康牦牛24头,随机分为2组(每组12头),对照组不添加黄芪当归粉,中药组添加黄芪粉和当归粉(2.5:1),按照牦牛日干物质采食量(DMI)的0.07倍添加,DMI以5 kg/d计算,试验正试期68 d。结果表明:中药组牦牛血清中肌酐(CREA)、丙二醛(MDA)含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白介素-2(IL-2)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和生长激素(GH)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);中药组牦牛乳中脂肪、蛋白、乳糖、尿素氮、乳铁蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而体细胞数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究结果揭示,泌乳牦牛日粮中添加中药黄芪和当归可以显著提高牦牛的营养代谢水平、免疫力和抗氧化能力,并能够改善乳品质。The current experiment was to study the effect of supplementing Astragalus and Angelica on the biochemical,antioxidant,immune indexes and milk quality of lactating yaks.Twenty-four healthy lactating yaks with the same weight,age and calving time were randomly divided into two groups(12 of each).The control group was added nothing.The treatment groups were supplemented with Astragalus and Angelica(2.5:1)in a 68-day's trial,which is 7%of daily dry matter intake(DMI,5 kg/d).The results showed that the serum concentration of creatinine(CREA),malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly lower in treatment group than control(P<0.05).The content of serum immune globulin(IgA,IgG,IgM),interleukin(IL-2),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and growth hormone(GH)in treatment group were significantly higher than control(P<0.05).The milk fat,protein,lactose,urea nitrogen and lactoferrin were significantly higher in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).However,the somatic cell count was significantly lower in treatment group than control(P<0.05).Generally,the addition of Astragalus and Angelica showed beneficial effect on the immunity,antioxidant capacity and milk quality of lactating yaks.
