摘　　要：象思维作为中医学的核心原创思维,是通过直观、形象、感观等途径,运用类比、象征、推类等方法,把握认知事物内在联系,从直观到具体、从个性到共性、从具象到抽象的思维方式。文章从观物取象、取象比类、立象尽意、天地应象和用药法象5个方面来论述中医象思维的基本模式及形象思维、意象思维、应象思维的具体应用,并探索其对精准医学、时间医学、“4P”医学及整合医学模式的现代启示。As the core original thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),image thinking is to grasp the internal relations of cognitive things by means of intuition,image,sense,analogy,symbol,classification,and so on.It is a way of thinking from intuition to concrete,from individuality to generality,and from concreteness to abstraction.The paper discusses the basic mode of image thinking in TCM and the concrete application of imaginal thinking,imagery thinking and Ying Xiang thinking from the following five aspects:viewing objects and taking image,taking image and analogizing,constructing image and giving full meaning to it,corresponding to the image of heaven and earth,and applying drugs according to image.It also explores its modern enlightenment to precision medicine(PM),chronomedicine,‘4P’medicine and holistic integrative medicine(HIM)model.
