摘　　要：文章从结构、意境和对当代的教化价值3个维度解读《寿世青编》,《寿世青编》由对人生命的深刻认识出发,以“健康状态→治法组合→治法分卷”的逻辑顺序串起了全书结构,指出《寿世青编》具备超越当下医学模式和医疗实践的医学意境,整体上可以视为一个浓缩的“养生文化的教化体系”,在当代依然具有借鉴价值和应用可行性。This paper explores the understanding of Shoushi Qingbian from three aspects of structure,realm and modern bildung value.Based on the understanding of life deeply,Shoushi Qingbian shaped the structure of the book in the logic order of‘health status→combination of treatments→sub volumes of treatments’.It points out that Shoushi Qingbian can be regarded as a concentrated‘cultivation culture bildung system’,and still has reference value and feasibility in contemporary.
