摘　　要：“微生物培养与检验”是我院生物医药学院医学生物技术专业开设的一门专业平台课程。该课程通过理实一体的教学方式,让学生全面系统地了解微生物基本概念和微生物的培养与检验方法,并培养学生团队协作能力以及良好的职业道德和职业素养。以“细菌的形态与分类”一节的教学实施为例,阐述在课程教学中融入“精益求精,勇于创新,培养微观世界观察者”的课程思政理念的教学实施案例。Microbial Culture and Testing is a professional platform course offered by the medical biotechnology specialty of the college of biomedicine.Through the teaching method of integrating theory with practice,the course enables students to comprehensively and systematically understand the basic concepts of microorganisms and the cultivation and testing methods of microorganisms,and also cultivate students′teamwork ability and good professional ethics and professional quality.Taking the teaching implementation of the section"the morphology and classification of bacteria"as an example,this article expounds the teaching implementation case of integrating the curriculum ideological and political concept of"striving for excellence,daring to innovate and cultivating micro-world observers"into the curriculum teaching.
