摘 要:大学教师信念决定和影响教师的教学行为。教师信念是教师对教师角色、教学、学生、科研、师生关系等方面的认识、看法和态度,具有内隐性和复杂性的特点。对15名大学教师进行深度访谈,利用程序化扎根理论对访谈材料进行编码整理和分析,研究结果表明:大学教师信念的形成与个人生活史有着密切的关系,个人成长环境、“重要他人”“关键事件”等影响着大学教师信念的形成。研究有助于大学教师深化对教学信念的自我认识,积极反思个人教学信念的形成过程,主动挖掘对其产生积极影响的重要他人,持续关注“关键事件”的意义阐释,从而改善自身的教学行为,促进自身的专业发展。The university teacher's beliefs determine and influence their teaching behavior.Being implicit and complex,the university teacher's belief is the understanding,view and attitude of university teachers towards the role of teachers,teaching,students,research,teacher-student relationship.Through in-depth interviews with 15 samples of university teachers,the relevant materials were coded and analyzed by using the program grounded theory,it was found that:The formation of university teacher's belief is closely related to their personal life history;Personal growth environment,“important others”and“key events”affect the formation of university teachersbeliefs.This helps university teachers deepen their self-awareness of teaching beliefs,actively reflect on the formation process of personal teachersbeliefs,take the initiative to explore the important people who have a positive impact on them,continue to pay attention to the interpretation of the significance of“key events”,and improve their teaching behavior.
