摘  要:目的:为了探讨“一体两翼三融四合”实验教学模式在临床医学专业药理学实验教学中的应用效果。方法:以我院2019级临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机选取2个班作为试验组(49人)和对照组(46人)。对照组采用传统的实验教学模式,试验组应用“一体两翼三融四合”实验教学模式。通过实践考评成绩比较分析2组学生的基础知识和基本技能掌握程度及实践应用能力和科研创新能力等,并采用问卷调查形式评价该实验教学模式的教学效果。结果:试验组学生的实践应用能力、科研创新能力测试的成绩及总分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。试验组绝大多数学生认为该实验教学模式能激发学生自主学习积极性,提高综合分析问题及解决实际问题能力,增强专业实践技能、提高实践应用能力,培养创新意识、提高科研创新能力,培养医风医德、提高综合素质等。结论:该模式能充分发挥学生主体作用,提高学生实践应用能力和科研创新能力,培养学生科研创新思维和综合素质。Objective:To explore the application effect of the experimental teaching mode of"one body,two wings,three fusions and four integrations"in pharmacology experimental teaching of clinical medicine specialty Methods:The undergraduate students of grade 2019 majoring in clinical medicine of our university were selected as the research objects,and two classes were randomly selected as the experimental group(49 students)and the control group(46 students).The control group adopted the traditional experimental teaching mode,while the experimental group adopted the experimental teaching mode of"one body,two wings,three fusions and four integrations".The mastery degree of basic knowledge and basic skills,practical application ability and scientific research innovation ability of the two groups were analyzed by comparing and analyzing the results of practical evaluation,and the teaching effect of the experimental teaching mode was evaluated by questionnaire survey.Results:The scores of practical application ability,scientific research innovation ability and total score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).The majority of students in the experimental group believed that the experimental teaching mode could stimulate students'enthusiasm for autonomous learning,improve the ability of comprehensive analysis and solve practical problems,enhance professional practical skills and improve practical application ability,cultivate innovation consciousness and improve scientific research innovation ability,cultivate medical ethics and improve comprehensive quality,etc.Conclusion:This model can give full play to the main role of students,improve students'practical application ability and scientific research innovation ability,and cultivate students'scientific research innovation thinking and comprehensive quality.
