摘　　要：目的调查护士在护理工作中的良心压力及离职意愿现状,并分析二者之间的关系。方法采用分层便利抽样法选取海口市347名注册护士,使用一般资料调查表、良心压力问卷、离职意愿量表进行问卷调查。结果347名注册护士的良心压力总分(30.17±28.45);离职意愿总分(14.04±4.28)分;文化程度、家庭对工作支持度及离职意愿是护士良心压力产生的影响因素。结论347名护士的良心压力整体处于中间水平,离职意愿处于较高水平;家庭对工作支持度与护士的良心压力呈负相关;文化程度、离职意愿与护士的良心压力呈正相关,当压力较大时会增强护士的离职意愿,护理管理者应予以重视,进行合理干预,减轻护士良心压力的同时也可降低护士的离职意愿。Objective To investigate the status quo of conscience pressure and turnover intention of nurses and analyze the relationship between them.Methods Stratified convenience sampling method was used to investigated 347 registered nurses in Haikou city by using general data questionnaire,Stress of Conscience Questionnaire and Turnover Intention Scale.Results The total score of conscience stress of 347 registered nurses was(30.17±28.45),the total score of turnover intention was(14.04±4.28).Education level,family support to work and turnover intention were the influencing factors of nurses'conscience pressure.Conclusion A total of 347 nurses has a middle level of conscience pressure and a high level of turnover intention.The degree of family support to working is negatively correlated with the pressure of nurses'conscience.The educational level and turnover intention are positively correlated with the conscience pressure of nurses.When the pressure is high,the turnover intention of nurses will be enhanced.Nursing managers should pay attention to it,carry out reasonable intervention to reduce the conscience pressure of nurses and reduce the turnover intention of nurses.
