摘　　要：高校实施本科生导师制的目的是为学生提供精准化、专业化的指导。导师根据学生所选择的不同发展目标,助力学生制定个性化的成长规划,引导学生培养各方面的能力。文章就广州医科大学生物技术专业开展本科生导师制的主要模式、实践举措与成果、存在的问题作初步总结,旨在探讨医学院校如何根据生物技术专业发展需要实施与创新本科生导师制,激发人才创新活力,培养学生理论结合实践的能力,以期为其他医学院校的生物技术专业建设和发展提供参考,助力培养适应我国及粤港澳大湾区建设需求的生物技术专业人才。Undergraduate tutorial system was designed to provide college students with accurate and professional guidance, and the tutors help students formulate personalized growth plans and cultivate corresponding abilities after the students set goals. The authors introduced the modes adopted in the specialty of biotechnology, the measures they have taken, and the achievements they have obtained;and they also pointed out the existing problems of undergraduate tutorial system. The authors aim to discuss how to implement and innovate the undergraduate tutorial system to meet the development requirements of the specialty of biotechnology, inspire innovation, and cultivate students’ ability to combine theory with practice. It is expected to provide reference for the construction and development of the specialty of biotechnology in other medical colleges and universities, and help cultivate qualified biotechnology professionals for the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
