摘　　要：大数据时代的到来对企业财务的会计核算、财务管理、金融服务等方面将产生深远影响。企业财务管理将面临信息化、数字化、智能化及专业化的全面诉求,向“实时会计,职能财务”的方向转型。在财务大数据背景下,高校及时调整财务管理专业人才培养方案迫在眉睫。本文以OBE理念为导向,充分认知大数据背景下企业财务管理人才的能力需求,完善财务管理专业课程体系,设计与区域经济发展相适应的人才培养方案。期望为高校财务管理专业人才培养方案的修订提供有效依据。The arrival in the era of big data will have a profound and lasting impact on the financial accounting,financial management,financial services and other aspects of enterprise’s finance.Enterprise financial management will face the comprehensive demands of informatization,digitization,intelligentization and professionalization,and transform into the direction of"real-time accounting,functional finance".Under the background of financial big data,it is urgent for colleges and universities to adjust the cultivating plan for financial management professional in a timely manner.Guided by the concept of OBE,this paper recognizes fully the ability needs of enterprise financial management talents under the background of big data,improves the financial management professional curriculum system,and designs a talents cultivating plan suitable for regional economic development.It is expected to provide an effective basis for the revision of the talents cultivating plan for financial management major in colleges and universities.
