摘  要:实践教学是培养创新型应用型人才的重要教学环节,校企研协同合作育人是改善和提高实践教学的重要途径。实践教学是机械类专业人才培养过程中理论与实践结合的重要环节,为了提高实践教学质量,需要建立多赢的协同合作育人长效机制,优化实践教学体系和内容,建设多样化的实践教育基地,培养“双师型”教师队伍,充分发挥校企研协同合作育人作用。Practice teaching is an key teaching link for cultivating innovative and applied talents.It is an important way to improve practice teaching by school-enterprise-scientific research institute cooperative education.Practice teaching is an important link of combing theory and practice in the process of training mechanical talents.In order to improve the practice teaching quality,it is necessary to establish a long-term multi-win-win cooperative education mechanism,optimize the system and content of practice teaching,build diversified practice teaching bases,train“double-qualified”teachers,and give full play to the role of school-enterprise-scientific research institute cooperative education.
