摘　　要：双导师制是针对全日制广播电视专业学位硕士研究生校内外导师联合聘用的培养模式,旨在提高研究生的培养质量和水平,为国家输送理论与实践相结合的应用型优秀人才。以某两所高校为例,在问卷调查及访谈的基础上,对全日制广播电视专业学位硕士研究生双导师制培养模式的现状进行了调查,提出在当前教育模式下存在的问题并对其提出相应的改进建议,认为科研专家型校内导师与实践专业型校外导师的紧密配合,能极大地提高研究生的培养质量,并对学生的就业创业起到了积极的促进作用。The dual tutorial system is a training mode for full-time postgraduates majored in radio and television for professional master’s degree,aiming at improving the quality and level of postgraduate training and providing the country with application-oriented talents who can combine theory with practice.Taking two universities as examples,this paper,based on the questionnaire survey and the interviews,investigates the status quo of the dual tutorial system training mode for full-time postgraduates for professional master’s degree majored in radio and television specialty,points out the problems existing in the current education mode,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.It is believed that the close cooperation between the scientific research tutors and the practical professional off-campus tutors can greatly improve the training quality of graduate students,and play a positive role in promoting students’employment and entrepreneurship.
