摘　　要：在产教融合理论指导下,通过深入调查研究和实践探索,创新形成了“三对接、四融合”农产品质量检测专业人才培养体系,构建了新型人才培养模式和课程体系,建立了“赛训融合”的专业技能培养模式,推动了专业核心课程群的建设和理实一体实训基地的建设,有效促进教师理念转变和能力提升,校政行企结合更加紧密,显著提升了专业人才培养质量和专业服务行业、企业的能力,专业的示范带动作用成效明显。Under guidance of theory of industry-education integration,through in-depth investigation and practical exploration,"three docking and four integration"agricultural product quality testing professional personnel training system has been formed.This system has constructed a new talent training mode and curriculum system,established professional skill training mode of"competition and training integration",promoted construction of professional core curriculum group and construction of practical training base,effectively promoted change of teachers'concept and ability improvement,and made combination of schools,governments,industries and enterprises more closely.It has significantly improved quality of professional personnel training and ability of professional service industry and enterprise,and demonstration and driving effect of specialty was obvious.
