基于教师党支部的高校课程思政建设研究

摘　　要：立德树人成效是检验学校一切工作的根本标准。高校全面推行课程思政教育是实现立德树人任务的重要手段。课程思政建设就是要帮助学生塑造正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,寓价值观引导于知识传授和能力培养之中,因此课程思政成功的关键在于教师。而教师党支部作为基层党组织,是引领教师的重要战斗堡垒,所以提高教师课程思政教育能力的关键在于教师党支部。文章分析高校教师党支部当前存在鸽不利于课程思政建设的问题,提出基于教师党支部的高校课程思政建设的策略,从而最大程度地发挥教师党支部在高校课程思政建设中的作用。Foster character and civic virtue is the fundamental standard to test all the work of the school.The comprehensive implementation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important means to achieve the task of foster character and civic virtue.Curriculum ideological and political education construction is to help students shape a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,and guide values in knowledge teaching and ability training.Therefore,the key to the success of curriculum ideological and political education construction lies in teachers.As a grass-roots party organization,the teachers'Party branch is an important fortress to lead teachers,so the key to improve teachers'ability of curriculum ideological and political education in curriculum lies in the teachers'Party branch.This paper analyzes the current problems of the Party branch of teachers in colleges and universities that are not conducive to the curriculum ideological and political education,and puts forward the strategies of curriculum ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on the Party branch of teachers,so as to give full play to the role of the Party branch of teachers in the curriculum ideological and political education construction in colleges and universities.
