摘  要:"问题孩子"不是“不良孩子”,教师要对他们关注得早一点,多一点,用心去教育他们,引导他们,使其积极转变。塞于此,文章就关注、引导、转变“问题孩子”进行探究,首先探讨“问题孩子”的形成原因及行为特点,然后针对关注、引导、转变、教育"问题孩子"提出相应策略,具体策略有:学无止境,知己知彼,百战百胜;分门别类,因材施教,有的放矢;守护陪伴,细致入微,持之以恒;动之于情,真诚宽容,信任鼓励;晓之于理,故事引导,见贤思齐;落实“双减”,精细管理,教育合力。"Problem children"are not"bad children".Teachers should pay attention to them earlier and more,educate them with heart,guide them and make them change actively.Based on this,the article explores the concern,guidance and transformation of"problem children",first discusses the causes and behavior characteristics of"problem children",and then puts forward corresponding strategies for the concern,guidance,transformation and education of"problem children".The specific strategies are:endless learning,knowing yourself and the enemy,winning every battle;teach students in accordance with their aptitude and have a definite aim;guarding and accompanying,meticulous and persistent;be moved by emotion,be sincere and tolerant,trust and encourage;know the truth,guide the story,and think of the best when you see the best;implement the"double reduction",fine management and educational synergy.
