摘 要:华中科技大学光学与电子信息学院集成电路设计与集成系统专业在调研集成电路人才培养的难点并分析其成因的基础上,系统性地提出破解之策:遵循“价值引领与能力培养相统一,理科思维与工科实践相统一”的人才培养理念,建立“专业课—讲座课—实践课”全链式专业教育与思政教育融合的模式;植根理科思维于专业教育体系之中,将“物理—器件—系统”关系链、“纳观—微观—宏观”多尺度学术视野、“物理—数学—数值建模”并行工程方法进行全流程融合,提升学生的持续学习和创新能力;推进以“一生一芯”为目标的产教融合、科教协同,将优质企业技术资源、前沿科研成果和典型复杂工程问题,转化为人才培养资源,反哺于创新人才培养。通过案例经验材料与工程教育教学改革理论之间的对话,总结集成电路专业人才培养的关键在于构建“使命驱动,强化理科思维培养,提升自我拓展能力”的成长型“心智结构”。Major in Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated Systems,School of Optics and Electronic Information,Huazhong University of Science and Technology,on the basis of investigating the difficulties of integrated circuit talent training and analyzing their causes,systematically puts forward the solution:follow the“unity of value guidance and ability training,unity of science thinking and engineering practice”talent training concept,establish the“professional course,lecture course,practical course”full-chain of professional education and ideological and political education integration mode;rooted in science thinking in the professional education system,make a whole-process integration of the“physics-device-system”relationship chain,the“nano-micro-macro”multi-scale academic vision,and the“physics-mathematics-numerical modeling”parallel engineering method;improve students’ability of continuous learning and innovation;promote the integration of industry and education with the goal of“one core for life”,and the coordination of science and education,turn high-quality enterprise technical resources,cutting-edge scientific research achievements and typical complex engineering problems into talent training resources,and feed back to the cultivation of innovative talents.Through the dialogue between case experience materials and the teaching reform theory of engineering education,it is concluded that the key to the training of integrated circuit professionals is to build a growing“mental structure”of“mission driven,strengthening the cultivation of science thinking and improving self-development ability”.
