摘  要:OBE教育理念的贯彻和深化是新时代我国高等工程教育面临的重要课题,但鲜有研究从实证数据分析角度探讨OBE导向下各教学环节的相互作用关系及其对学习产出的影响机制。文章基于上海七所高校师生的问卷调查,探讨了OBE导向下学习产出的影响因素发现:教学目标对学习产出有显著正向促进作用,教学设计在其中起到部分中介效应;形成性评价和总结性评价既正向调节教学目标与学习产出的关系,亦正向调节教学设计与学习产出的关系。基于此结论,对如何基于学习产出设定教学目标、展开教学设计和产出评价并进行持续改进提出了建议。The implementation of the OBE concept is an important factor facing China’s higher engineering education nowadays,but few studies explore the interaction between the various of teaching and their influence mechanism on learning output from an empirical perspective.Based on a survey of students and teachers in seven universities in Songjiang University Town,Shanghai,this article explores the influencing factors of OBE-oriented learning output.It is found that teaching goals have a significant positive effect on learning output,and teaching design plays a role as mediating effect;formative evaluation and summative evaluation not only positively regulate the relationship between teaching goals and learning output,but also positively regulate the relationship between teaching design and learning output.The article puts forward suggestions on how to set teaching goals,develop teaching design,and evaluate learning results based on learning output to carry out continuous improvement.
