摘　　要：试验旨在对高效液相色谱法测定酵母细胞壁甘露寡糖过程中引入的不确定度进行系统分析。结果表明:重复测定试样所引入的不确定度影响较大,标准曲线的制备、拟合标准曲线以及其他方面引入的不确定度几乎可忽略不计。研究表明,当取置信区间为95%时,其测定结果及不确定度为(25.17±1.30)%,包含因子(K)为2。The study was to systematically analyze the uncertainty introduced in determination of mannan oligosaccharides in yeast cell wall by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that repeated measurements had a great impact on the uncertainty, and the uncertainties introduced by the preparation of the standard curve, fitting the standard curve and other aspects are almost negligible. The experiment indicates that when the confidence interval is taken as 95%, the determination and uncertainty are(25.17±1.30)%, and the inclusion factor(K) is 2.
